Magic skill changes

Review Wizard, Sage and Soul Linker changes and the RWC map exception.

Where changes apply

The changes in these skill guides apply outside RWC maps. On maps marked RWC, these skills keep the emulator's previous behavior. Not every skill changes; only modified skills are described here.

Wizard and High Wizard

Meteor Storm, Storm Gust and Lord of Vermilion: can overlap Land Protector and are not removed by Ganbantein.
Quagmire: does not affect allied party or guild members.

Sage and Professor

Mind Breaker: can target your guild members in WoE, shows a status icon and allows duration renewal.
Auto Spell: at level 4 or above can trigger Bolts of any element at the highest learned level, capped at level 5 without Soul Link.

Soul Linker

Soul Linker Spirit can target the caster. See sword classes, merchants, stealth classes and archers and support.
