Change jobs with Job Master

Before changing jobs

Speak to Job Master in Prontera, 153, 193. There is no Zeny fee. Spend outstanding skill points before requesting a change; the NPC only offers jobs compatible with your route.

Main requirements

• First job: Job Level 10.
• Second job: at least Job Level 40.
• Rebirth for a compatible class: Base Level 99 and Job Level 50.
• Super Novice: Base Level 45.

The menu shows the requirements for your choice. Meeting the minimum lets you change; gain additional Job levels before confirming if you want those levels. You cannot freely choose a branch incompatible with your job.

After changing

Job Master grants the platinum skills associated with a successful change. It does not provide class equipment. Review your skills before leaving and read the skill changes.

To recover quest skills or redistribute points, see Reset Girl and Platinum Skill NPC. Insta Level offers another route for BG and WoE characters, with map restrictions.
